Y Lofts

Y Lofts is the former YMCA building on Prince Street in Charlottetown, now renovated for homes and commercial space. Kueppers manages the property as a whole, including the shared areas and the work that affects people using the building in different ways.

Kueppers is also working on the rooftop deck. The project is still underway. It has to be coordinated with the regular maintenance and access needs of the building while residents and businesses continue to use the property.

For a condo board, a larger job like this comes with questions about timing, access and how people will be kept up to date. Those details sit beside the usual repair calls and property records. Kueppers can work with a board to agree on the management scope and coordinate the jobs it asks the company to handle.

If your building has a mix of homes and commercial space, or a major project on the horizon, tell us about the work.
